French FM Arrives in Riyadh for Talks on Iraq Issue
French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin arrived in Riyadh on Sunday afternoon for talks with Saudi leaders on the Iraqi crisis and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The French minister was greeted by his Saudi counterpart Prince Saud al-Faisal upon his arrival at Riyadh Air Base.

De Villepin is expected to meet King Fahd, and hold meeting with Crown Prince Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz and the Saudi foreign minister to exchange views on the latest developments in Iraq and Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Saudi Arabia is the last leg of de Villepin's four-nation Middle Eastern tour which has taken him to Egypt, Syria and Lebanon. He will leave for home on Sunday evening.
