Weekly Weather Forecast (Sept. 19 to 25)

Northwest China: Eastern parts will have mostly overcast skies and frequent rains during the week.

September 19 to 20: Eastern parts will have light to moderate rainfall with heavy rain in some areas.

September 21 to 22: Southeastern Qinghai, south Gansu and central and southern Shaanxi will get light to moderate rain or showers, with heavy rainfall expected in some areas.

September 23 to 25: Eastern parts of the region will continue to have light rain or showers, with moderate to heavy rain possible in some areas.

September 25: Western and northern Xinjiang will be overcast with light rain or showers.

 

North China: Streams of cold air blowing through.

September 19 to 20: Central and southern sections of the region will experience light to moderate rain with heavy rainfall in some areas. Most parts will have force 4 to 6 northerly winds with a distinct drop in temperature.

September 21 to 23: Most of the region will be under sunny to cloudy skies.

September 24 to 25: Western parts will be cloudy. Light showers expected.

 

Northeast China: Generally chilly with streams of cold air.

September 20: Eastern and southern parts will be overcast with showers.

September 20 to 21: Most of the region will have force 4 to 6 northerly winds and lower temperatures.

September 22 to 23: Most parts will be sunny, sometimes cloudy.

September 24 to 25: Northernmost and easternmost parts will be overcast with light to moderate rain, accompanied by force 4 to 6 northerly winds.

 

Central China:

September 19: Most of Henan will have light to moderate rain, while Hubei and most of Hunan will be sunny and warm.

September 20 to 21: Most of Henan and Hubei will be overcast with light to moderate rain. Temperatures are also expected drop.

September 22 to 23: Central and southern parts will be sunny and hot.

September 24 to 25: Western and northern parts will be cloudy and then overcast with light showers.

 

East China:

September 19 to 20: Most of Shandong and northern parts of Jiangsu and Anhui will have light to moderate rain, and it will be a little chilly out. Areas south of the Yangtze River will be sunny and hot.

September 21 to 22: The Yangtze-Huaihe rivers areas will be overcast with light rain.

September 23 to 25: Most of the east will be sunny with occasional cloudy skies, while the coastal areas in the south can expect rain and showers with thunder.

South China:

September 2o to 21: Southernmost and western parts will have light to moderate rain, showers with thunder in some areas. Southern Guangxi and some of Hainan Island will have heavy rains or storms with force 4 to 6 northerly winds.

September 22 to 23: Showers, with thunder in some areas, will continue along the southernmost coast. The north will be sunny and hot.

September 24 to 25: Western and southernmost sections will be overcast with light to moderate rain.

 

Southwest China:

September 19 to 21: Affected by streams of cold air, most of the region will have light to moderate rain, and some of Sichuan Province will see heavy rainfall.

September 22 to 23: Eastern parts will continue to have light to moderate rain.

September 24 to 25: Most of the region will have light to moderate showers.
