The first ever "Stankovic Continental Champions Cup" in Beijing will be presented during July 26th to 31st. Global basketball excellence with some of the best teams around the world will be at display.

Asian champions and home team China will try to make a strong statement in their quest for a top position in world basketball. The other contenders are Olympic champion Argentina, European champions Lithuania, Oceania champion Australia, African champion Angola and American 1st runner up Puerto Rico.

Houston Rockets' center Yao Ming, The most famous player of China, will face the challenge of other NBA stars include Ginobili from Argentina and San Antonio Spurs and Zydrunas Ilgauskas from Lithuania and Cleveland Cavaliers again.
