Mongolia pledged support on Thursday for China's adoption of the Anti-Secession Law and its policy of peaceful reunification.

A statement issued by the Foreign Ministry said the Anti-Secession Law, recently adopted by China's National People's Congress to prevent the secession of Taiwan from the country, is consistent with its one-China policy and the principle of peaceful reunification.

Mongolia will continue supporting China's endeavor for peaceful reunification, it added.
