The new Hong Kong crime drama A Sao, directed by Ching-Po Wong, is scheduled to premiere on August 4th. 

Starring Karena Lam, Eric Tsang, Anthony Wong, Simon Yam, Liu Ye, Alex Fong, Tse Kwan-Ho and Yuen Wah, the film tells of a long-standing gang war with two women at the center of the storm.

Twenty-three year old Taiwan newcomer Annie Liu plays the title role as "A Sao".

Director Wong said the movie would be in a romantic or "pinky-blues" style, showing the innocence of a young woman in a corrupt world.
