The delegation of two astronauts and a clutch of engineers of China's second manned space mission attended a gala hosted by the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) government Thursday.

A song titled Fly higher opened the party and several medallists of the 4th East Asian Games from Macao presented a Kongfu show.

Fei Junlong and Nie Haisheng, the two astronauts, shared their experience during the space mission with the audience.

The gala attracted more than 2,000 spectators who were eager to see the heroes.

The 30-strong Shenzhou VI delegation arrived Wednesday after concluding its four-day tour in Hong Kong.
