Shenzhou VI Delegation Concludes Visit to Macao

A delegation of two Chinese taikonauts and a clutch of engineers of China's second manned space mission left Macao for Beijing on Friday after wrapping up a three-day tour in Macao.

The Shenzhou VI team was seen off at the Macao International Airport by Chui Sai On, secretary for Social Affairs and Culture; Xu Ze, deputy director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's government in the Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR).

The delegation bid farewell to Edmund Ho Hau Wah, chief executive of the MSAR, at the government courtesy house earlier the day.

The 30-strong Shenzhou VI delegation arrived on Wednesday after concluding its four-day tour in Hong Kong.

The mission, during its stay, made science presentations to the public, communicated with local students and attended a grand gala hosted by the MSAR government.
