Anti-dumping Tariff on Imported Ethanolamine

China has announced it will collect an anti-dumping tariff on Ethanolamine produced in Japan, the United States, Germany, Iran, Malaysia, Taiwan and Mexico.

Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced the tariff will be from 9 percent to 74 percent and last 5 years.

The ministry adopted temporary Ethanolamine anti-dumping measures in March this year.

Ministry investigations have concluded that the dumping exists and harms Chinese industry.

Ethanolamine is chemical used in the manufacture of herbicides, detergents, cosmetics, metal cleaners, and textiles.
