Hong Kong Committee on Trade and Development (CTD) announced yesterday that a trade fair, to promote the interaction and cooperation of overseas and mainland firms with Hong Kong firms, will be held at the end of this month, eastday.com reports.

According to the CTD, there will be about 170 public and private institutions, the chamber of commerce, trade and development organization and representatives from 24 consulates based in HK at the fair. The CTD bureau has invited delegations from ten different countries and regions to attend the project called Enterprises Interaction and Cooperation Area.

Wong Ai-lin, the director of the CTD, said CTD will communicate with chosen companies on partnership with overseas and local enterprises. Up to 200 delegations from overseas firms and 100 from mainland China will discuss cooperation with Hong Kong companies.

CTD will promote one-stop services among medium and small firms, offering market information, details about training courses and exhibiting 300 global products.
