Party Members Urged to Study Spirit of Party Congress
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) has issued a notice calling for the earnest study and implementation of the spirit of the recently concluded 16th National Congress of the CPC.

The notice requires all Party members to be fully aware of the importance of the congress and to grasp the spirit accurately and comprehensively.

It is essential for everyone to relate the study process to his own practice and try to improve work efficiency according to the spirit, says the notice.

Leading officials at all levels should take the initiative to learn, it stresses, and to seriously study Jiang Zemin's report to the congress as well as the newly amended and approved Constitution of the CPC.

The CPC Central Committee will send out teams to promote the educational campaign in various provinces. Local departments and organizations should carry out a diverse program to arm people with the important thoughts of the Party congress, the notice says.
