'Boy Plays Flute' Arrives in Beijing

Impressionist painter Manet's famous "Boy Plays Flute" has been carefully set up at the China Art Gallery in Beijing.

"Boy Plays Flute" has an estimated value of 800 million yuan, or about US$100 million, and great care has been taken to ensure its safety while in China.

The painting will form the centerpiece of a French impressionist painting exhibition which opens on Sunday.

Some 51 masterpieces will be shown at the exhibition, which will be the largest of its kind in China.
