Sino-Thailand Relations Continue to Develop

China says its friendly relations with Thailand continue to develop under the new situations.

Chinese State Councillor Tang Jiaxuan made the remarks on a press conference in Bangkok on Sunday.

He says the two countries have always trusted and supported each other, and bilateral ties have seen all-round developments, with exchange and cooperation in politics, economy, culture and tourism achieving great results.

Tang Jiaxuan says the two countries have also worked together in promoting cooperation in the Asian-Pacific region.

The State Councillor also says China has always considered highly of the understanding and support by the Thai government and people for China's reunification. China hopes and believes Thailand will continue to do so to maintain regional peace and stability.
