Chinese Vice Premier Zeng Peiyan leaves Beijing on Sunday morning for a visit to Republic of Kenya, Republic of the Congo, and Republic of Angola from Feb. 20 to 26. as guest of the governments of the three countries.

During the visit, Zeng, as guest of the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), will also attend the 23rd Session of the UNEP Governing Council and the Global Ministerial Environment Forum, which will be held in Nairobi, capital of Kenya.
