North and South Koreas Hold Talks on Agricultural Cooperation

South Korea and North Korea held a plenary meeting Thursday on agricultural cooperation in Kaesong city of North Korea. At the two-day meeting, both sides talked about the specific plans of agricultural cooperation.

South Korea proposed several projects in primal phase of the cooperation, and expected the meeting will pave a way to develop agriculture together.

North Korea expressed that both sides should develop agricultural cooperation flexibly, which will be helpful for the national unification.

South Korean government officials said that both sides should offer proposals on developing agricultural cooperation, hammering at common understandings.
