Cameroonian PM Praises Cameroonian-Chinese Relations

Cameroonian Prime Minister Ephraim Inoni on Tuesday praised Cameroonian-Chinese relations and promised to further strengthen cooperative ties.

During a meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Cameroon Wang Sifa, Inoni said that links between the two countries are now developing at many levels and in many fields.

He said that Western developed countries buy a large amount of cheap raw materials from Africa while selling back expensive products.

He said that Chinese products and technologies suit the needs of Cameroon very well. Therefore, bilateral trade cooperation in the future is very promising.

As to the Taiwan issue, Inoni reiterated that the Cameroonian government will continue to insist on the one-China policy and support the reunification of China.
