FM Spokesman on Annette Lu's Arrival in Indonesia
China urged Indonesia to adhere to the one-China policy and adopt firm steps to tackle the issue of Annette Lu's arrival in Indonesia.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Kong Quan made the remarks in Beijing on Wednesday when asked to comment on Taiwan authority leader Annette Lu's arrival in Indonesia.

Kong said China opposed official exchanges of any form between Taiwan and those countries that had established diplomatic relations with China.

China had made formal representations to Indonesia, urging it to adhere to the one-China policy, be cautious of a Taiwan authority plot and safeguard the friendly ties between China and Indonesia, Kong said.
