Cheng Siwei, vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress (NPC), met in Beijing Tuesday with a Japanese economic and cultural delegation.
The delegation, with Eda Satsuki, a member of the Japanese House of Councilors, and Sakai Takanori, a member of the House of Representatives, as its advisors, is here at the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs.
