China Deeply Regrets Looting of Iraq National Museum
China deeply regrets over the looting of the Iraq National Museum, said Foreign Ministry Spokesman Liu Jianchao in Beijing Friday.

When asked to comment on the museum's recent looting, Liu noted that the looting represents a major loss to the assets of human civilization and he hoped that the parties concerned would take effective measures to recover the looted invaluable relics.
