Singapore PM Speaks Highly of China's Battle Against SARS
Singapore Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong has recently sent a message to Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, speaking highly of the Chinese government's resolute determination and effective measures in the battle against severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).

Goh vowed that Singapore strongly supports China's efforts to fight SARS.

He pledged that his government is willing to provide essential technical and material assistance to China.

Goh also expressed the hope that Singapore and China will intensify information exchange and cooperation in the combat against the deadly disease.
