Four Killed, 11 Injured in Chopper Crash in Chechnya
Four Russian servicemen were killed and 11 others wounded when an Mi-8 helicopter crashed in Chechnya on Sunday, spokesman for the Russian air force Alexander Drobyshevsky said.

The chopper dropped outside the town of Novogroznensky just a few seconds after take-off, Interfax quoted the spokesman as saying.

He said the helicopter may have crashed due to a technical failure or it may have been hit by ground fire, possibly by a missile.

A Defense Ministry commission will fly to Chechnya to investigate the incident, Drobyshevsky said.
