State Councilor Meets Mali Guest
China and Mali have carried out fruitful cooperation in many fields since they established diplomatic ties, said Chinese State Councilor Tang Jiaxuan in Beijing Wednesday.

The cooperation cover politics, economy and trade, culture and education, and sanitation, Tang said while meeting with Lassana Traore, minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Mali.

Tang spoke highly of the traditional friendship between the two countries, expressing appreciation and gratitude for the Mali government's value of bilateral relations and adherence to the one-China policy.

The Chinese government is willing to work together with the Mali government to raise friendly cooperation to a new level, he said.
