He Guoqiang, member of the Political Bureau and the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), left Beijing Sunday on an official goodwill visit to Vietnam, India and New Zealand

In Vietnam, He, also head of the Organization Department of CPC Central Committee, will attend a seminar on Party building theories of China and Vietnam.

The second such one of its kind, the seminar will focus on both parties' experiences on self-building. The first one held in Beijing in 2003 was on socialism and the market economy.
