Chinese Premier Meets Brazilian FM

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao met in Beijing Monday with Brazilian Foreign Minister Celso Amorim, and the two sides exchanged views on the bilateral relations and issues of common concern.  

Wen spoke highly of the Sino-Brazilian relationship, and said that China is ready to work with Brazil to push forward the strategic partnership.

 

Amorim said that Brazil takes China as a priority in its foreign policy, and his country hoped to further the economic and trade cooperation with China to achieve common prosperity.
