China's first astronaut Yang Liwei arrived in Macao Wednesday noon with the Delegation of China's First Manned Space Mission.

The delegation is scheduled to pay a two-day visit in Macao.

Yang, the 38-year-old fighter pilot turned astronaut who traveled over 600,000 kilometers in space in spacecraft "Shenzhou V" on Oct. 15-16, is regarded as a hero of the Chinese nation.
