2008cm Paper-cut Salutes Beijing Olympics

A citizen in Xuchang, central China's Henan Province worked out a piece of paper-cuts measuring exactly 2008 centimeters each to salute the upcoming 2008 Beijing Olympics, reported the local news website dahe.cn on Monday.

 

 

Citizens in Xuchang, central China's Henan Province were showcasing the 2008cm paper-cut at the city's square on Sunday, August 26, 2007.

 

With 56 peonies symbolizing the 56 nationalities of China, and 2008 butterflies indicating the lucky year 2008, the colorful paper cut was on display at the city's square, attracting many passers-by.
