France has very advanced technology regarding environmental protection. We hope to communicate with Chinese experts. And I hope that the Chinese government can realize the importance of environmental protection. It's not enough to pay attention to environmental protection just for the Olympics.

Also, the Olympics are very important for China. The 1968 Olympics and the 1988 Olympics are good examples. The Olympics brought huge changes to the basic facilities in the two host countries. Great changes will take place if China seizes the opportunity provided by the Olympics. It is China's best chance to realize its dream.
