China Claims Team Title at Mathematical 'Olympiad'

China has claimed the team title at the 45th International Mathematical Olympiad in Athens, Greece, with all six Chinese participants taking away gold medals.

The two-week-long contest concluded in Athens on Sunday.

The six Chinese maths-masters were all awarded gold medals, and make up the only team in the competition whose members all take golds.

Nearly 500 participants from 84 countries and regions around the world took part in this year's Maths Olympiad, with 45 people winning the golds.
