A couple of farmers roll the straw mat covered on the plastic lookum in Zhangzhuang Village of Fushan County in north China's Shanxi Province, Feb. 18. In order to help the farmers attain a moderately high standard of living, the local government invested money to set up a huge science and technology demonstration garden run by the farmers, who can gain profit of about 5000 yuan per mu (one hectare equals to 15 mu) a year.
