Oracle Extends Graduate Development Program to HK

Oracle System Hong Kong Limited, a Wholly-owned subsidiary of Oracle Corporation, the world's major enterprise software company, announced Tuesday that its Oracle China Graduate Development Program is now being extended to cover key universities in Hong Kong.

 

The Oracle China Graduate Development Program is comprehensive development initiative, which aims to groom talented graduates from top universities to become future leaders of Chinese software industry.

 

"Oracle seeks to foster IT talent and top-line software competencies in Hong Kong," said Loke Soon Choo, regional managing director of Oracle Greater China. " We are committed to advancing the development of the software sector in Chinese mainland, and we have invested heavily in resources and human capital in terms of localization and partnerships to achieve this end."

 

The Hong Kong universities to benefit from the program include the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, City University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
