Breakthrough in Gene Transfer Corn Research

Chinese scientists have successfully grown genetically modified corn after seven years of research, which is the first time scientists grew corn in gene method.  

The gene transfer corn, which is the most advanced in the world, contains more lysine and protein than the common one.

It is the first time that scientists have grown corn using this method.
