All Buses in Shanghai to Install Air Conditioners

All public buses running in central Shanghai will be equipped with air conditioners by 2010, the year the world expo is held in the city.

There are currently over 4,000 buses installed with air conditioners, taking up some 30 percent of the total number of public buses in the city.

With high temperature hovering around Shanghai recently, the transportation hotline has received many complaints about the lack of air conditioners in buses.
