Most Tickets of New Airport's 1st Flight Sold

CZ3932 from Guangzhou to Haikou, the first flight of the New Baiyun International Airport, will take off at 7 am August 5 with over 90 percent tickets reserved, according to China Southern Airlines.

By now, more than 90 percent tickets have been reserved, and one-third of them are full-price.

The first flight landing on the New Baiyun International Airport, CZ 328 from Los Angeles will arrived at 6:20 am August 5.

The current Baiyun International Airport, which has served Guangzhou for over 70 years, will be replaced by the new one located at the junction of the North Renhe County, Baiyun District and the East Xinhua County, Hua Du, 28 kilometers away from downtown Guangzhou.

Source from China Southern Airlines also says that celebrating ceremonies will be held for the last flight taking off from the current Baiyun International Airport
