Beijing Holiday Parks on Track

Parks in Beijing are in full swing to receive the expected influx of visitors during the coming National Day holiday.

The city's public parks will give visitors a chance to see the changes in China over the past 55 years, along with exciting performances and relaxing scenery, reported China Radio Internaitonal.

Festivities in public parks are a major part of the National Day celebrations. The main locations are Zhongshan Park, the Workers Cultural Palace, Beihai Park, the Temple of Heaven and the China Ethnic Culture Park.

Other parks in Beijing are also ready for celebrations of the 55th birthday of the People's Republic of China.
