Wushu Festival Opens in Foshan

The 2004 Foshan Martial Arts Festival opened on Saturday in Southern China's Foshan, Guangdong Province.

 

The nine-day event will feature Chinese Dancing Lion Performances, Kungfu competitions, Kungfu forums and many other events. The festival is expected to attract people from all over the world who are in love with Chinese Martial Arts.

 

Foshan city's Shunde is the hometown of Chinese Kungfu legend Bruce Lee. Foshan is considered China's first "City of Martial Arts".
