Adjust font size:

The first wetland park in east China's Jiangxi Province is taking shape. The park, located in the city of Nanchang, is still under construction, since most parts of the park remain unfinished.

The picture taken on Thursday, August 9, 2007 shows that the nenuphar is being cultivated by one side of Xianghu Lake in the wetland park in Nanchang, east China's Jiangxi Province.

In the wetland park, several dozen pots of nenuphar, transported from Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu Province, are being cultivated by the side of Xianghu Lake.

Local newspaper, Jiangnan City Daily reports the Wetland Park will occupy more than 230 hectares upon completion.
