Chinese Entrepreneurs Exhibit Their Artistic Side in Beijing
A calligraphy and painting exhibition showing off the artistic talents of Chinese entrepreneurs was held here Thursday at the Military Museum of the Chinese People's Revolution.

Chinese calligraphy, paintings, photos and seal cuttings are on display at the exhibition which features nearly 300 works selected out of 8,000 submissions, including 70 by entrepreneurs from locations including Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan and Macao.

"Chinese entrepreneurs are busy with business but also love traditional Chinese culture, and have the desire to inherit it," said organizer Li Rugang, a calligrapher in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, and also head of a local enterprise called Weinan International Trade Company.

The exhibition is being jointly held by Li's company and the Yellow River Calligraphy and Painting House, with an epigraph by Zou Jiahua, vice-chairman of Standing Committee of National People's Congress.
