Miss Int'l Works as Tour Guide in Beijing

Wang Shan, known to Chinese people as last year's Miss International, has worked as a volunteer tour guide in Beijing.

 

Miss Wang Shan who was crowned Best National Costume Award in last years' Miss International contest has showed foreign visitors around the Temple of Heaven Park in Beijing.

 

The nineteen-year old Miss International speaking fluently English and wearing Chinese traditional dress has introduced China's places of interest, historic sites and folk customs to the foreign tourists.

 

Wang Shan has worked as a volunteer on Sunday in order to promote the host of this years' Miss International competition in October at Beijing.

 

Miss International contest has been consecutively held in Japan for 33 years and this is the first time for one of the world's biggest beauty competitions to come to China.
