Beijing Drops Plans for Luxury Toilets

Beiing's municipal government has announced a new rule to stop the construction of luxury toilets in the Chinese capital. 

 

The new rule lays out detailed standards for construction materials and facilities.

 

Toilets offering only mirrors, drying machines and basins are being encouraged.
