Air China to Increase 1,000 Flights on May holiday

Air China will arrange an extra 1,000 charter flights during the seven-day Labor Day holiday.

International charter flights will mainly be focused on routes to the Maldives, Singapore, Phuket in Thailand, and Pinang in Malaysia.

Domestic charter flights will cover such cities as Hangzhou, Qingdao, Yantai, Haikou, Sanya and Guilin.

Experts predicted flights to Lhasa and Jiuzhaigou would also be popular during the holiday. All are favorite tourist destinations.
