Guangzhou's New Airport Gets New Bus Links

Eight special bus routes connecting Guangzhou's new Baiyun Airport and city proper will open when the airport is put into operation.

Attendants on shuttle buses will introduce the local attractions and be able to communicate in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Most of the regular buses will be non-stop into town and the bus stops are near local hotels.

Tickets from the new airport to the city center will cost some 100 yuan , or about US$12.

Also, there will be five lines between the airport and the Pearl River Delta.
