RMB note as counterfeit proof for tickets
Adjust font size:

A type of unique counterfeit-proof concert tickets made its debut in Xiamen, a costal city in southeast China's Fujian province.

Eastday.com reported that organizers of a music concert of Jacky Cheung, a Hong Kong superstar, which is scheduled to be held on Friday, made such special concert tickets by attaching a one-yuan RMB note to the back of the tickets, with the ticket's code identical to the code of the RMB note, just to prevent counterfeits.

However, the way the organizers arrange their counterfeit-proof tickets has aroused debates since the tickets have become available.

A fan shows a counterfeit-proof concert ticket with a code-identical one-yuan RMB note attached on its back, on Thursday, November 1, 2007.
