6. There're about 1,200 red-crowned cranes living in the Kushiro wetland of Hokkaido, Japan. This is the paradise of this rare bird for courtship and breed.

As the large-scaled incursions by mankind and the rising of sea level, the Kushiro wetland diminished year by year. And the living space of red-crowned cranes has also shrunk a lot.
