First Farmer Movie & Television Center Unveiled

A ceremony was held on Sunday in Jingdezhen city of Jiangxi Province to mark the establishment of the first movie and television center run by farmers in China.

The center has received the operation license from the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television.

Initiated in 1992, the center develops into a professional movie and television producer from a unit made up of film amateurs.

Many locals have been granted opportunities to act in the works produced by the center that has shot 31 TV plays.
