4th A/H1N1 flu case confirmed in mainland

China's Ministry of Health Tuesday confirmed a man in southern Guangdong Province, who recently returned from a tour of the United States and Canada, tested positive for the A/H1N1 influenza.

The man, surnamed Yang, became the fourth confirmed A/H1N1 case in the Chinese mainland in less than 10 days.

Yang flew to Hong Kong via the Republic of Korea Wednesday. He then took a train to Guangdong on Friday.

The first such flu case involving a man surnamed Bao in southwestern Sichuan Province was confirmed on May 11.
