据《新京报》消息，国家发改委预计，今年春运期间全国旅客运量将达到28.53亿人次，比上年增长11.6%。2011年春运从1月19日开始至2月27日结束，共计40天。 |
| The NDRC said the transportation sector must anticipate uncertainties and put contingency plans in place, such as reserving transport capacity in case of bad weather or sudden surges in passenger numbers. Transportation companies should also extend office hours and make tickets available through other channels such as on Internet, the commission said. |
发改委要求运输行业各部门做好准备，建立应急机制，预留运力，预防如恶劣天气、客流量骤增等不确定事件的发生。发改委还要求各部门延长服务时间，提供新型售票服务，方便旅客购票。
