2. Milos Teodosic (Serbia)
At 23, Teodosic is already considered as the best point guard in Europe. The young playmaker has great ball-handling skills and can really strike it up from beyond the arc. In the quarterfinals of the 2010 FIBA World Championships, after Spain tied the game at 89 on Marc Gasol's dunk with 25.8 seconds left in the game, Serbia put the ball in the hands of Teodosic, and the Euroleague’s 2010 MVP delivered one of the most dramatic game-winning shots in FIBA history.
