A couple walk on a street in Guiyang, capital of southwest China's Guizhou Province, Jan. 17, 2011. Rain, snow and ice hit the province again from Jan. 16. The lowest temperature of the province dropped to minus 6.1 degrees Celsius at Weining County, which is located in the Wumeng mountain areas.
