Hosts China won the women's 4x100 meters medley relay at the Guangzhou Asian Games on Saturday.

China dominated most of the race by clocking three minutes and 57.80 seconds, while their arch rival Japan took the second in 3:58.24.

Hong Kong of China finished third in 4:06.83.
