Superstar David Beckham has arrived in Beijing on Monday to kick off his second China tour as the country's first global football ambassador.
The 7-day tour will see the former Real Madrid and Manchester United player visit Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou.
Beckham signed with Chinese Football Association(CFA) early in March to act as the ambassador for Chinese soccer. Beckham's role involves helping to promote the Chinese Super League (CSL) to the world, raising the profile of the game within China itself and to restore its image after match-fixing scandals.
