A few changes were made to the sports programme of the 27th Summer Universiade. Several sporting sessions were cancelled or moved to a different time.
In case of a time change, there is no need for a ticket exchange - they will be valid for accessing the venue. If the session is cancelled, those who have already purchased tickets are entitled to a guaranteed refund of their money. E-ticket and physical ticket holders can get their money back after filling in a refund request at a special ticket office that will be opened at the Kazan Arena Stadium on July 8. In this fashion, despite the fact that the first changed sessions kick off as early as in July 5, the reimbursement will be carried out a little bit later.
It should be noted that the service fee for physical tickets will be reimbursed only upon presentation of a receipt confirming the payment of the service fee. For e-ticket holders, the refund amount will be credited to the bank card, used to purchase the ticket, within 7 business days.
